What is your favourite type of chocolate? Easter time is always a period where we are lavished in chocolate. My favourite chocolate is Caramilk. When it first came out in New Zealand I could not find any anywhere and now it is readily available!! Luckily I just bought a small packed so I didn’t go crazy on the chocolate.

I have a few favourites for Easter chocolate. I like the Mini Creme eggs, the Turkish Delight ones, the hallow chocolate eggs and bunnies and lastly the Lintdt.
The Caramilk looks yummy, though I think it would just be too sweet with the white chocolate as well. Though, Ihave tasted this new egg where it is white chocolate then milk chocolate on top, that is nice because to me the milk chocolate is less sweeter so it balances the two flavours.
For Easter I baked some Afghans for Mum and Dad as I can not go to the shops to buy something so I decided to get creative and they loved it!
I hope you are having a relaxing Easter Weekend and I am super excited for remote school on Wednesday.
