Toby Mini - A great tool

During my Digital Fluency Intensive, while co-presenting with Mark, I learned how to create a Toby-Mini for all my Blog. This means that all my Blogs can be accessed in one place, other than just being on the right hand side of this Blog.

Let's get 5 a day!
How many vegetables do you eat in a day? We say the more the merrier! Vegetables have so many vital vitamins and minerals we need to keep our body healthy.
What is your favourite vegetable?

We made chicken, vegetable (potato, onion, creamed corn and carrot) and pasta soup today. We are improving our skills of peeling, grating, chopping, measuring as we prepare food each week. We cooked the soup in the slow cooker for 4 hours today. We added the pasta to the soup after 3 hours of cooking.

The children's feedback was...
  • the vegetables were still a bit crunchy
  • the soup was very tasty
  • the pasta was cooked perfectly
  • pumpkin soup is still my favourite
