Breakfast - so important!

Why is it so important?

The first meal of the day should be breakfast before you start your busy day. It is important to get nutrients into your body to fuel your brain with energy to enable you to learn. I often find that when I don’t have breakfast I feel tired, sluggish and at times hangry!

Each morning I have eggs! What do you have for breakfast each morning? What is your favourite breakfast?

  1. Hi Miss McCombie,
I have been really enjoying your blog posts, I have learnt how to put a question in when you are saying what you have done.
I can agree with you about breakfast being important, but sometimes not.
If I do a competition I sometimes do not eat breakfast or anything because i am so nervous, though only sometimes i can feel that I should of had breakfast.
This morning i had my breakfast smoothie and my banana pancakes (check out my blog in the next coming week, for how to make it and what the smoothie is).
My favourite breakfast would have to be nutella crepes, some of the reasons my I like it is because it is sweet, a treat and we do not eat it very often.
With your breakfast - eggs, it is very good for you and also eggs gives you protein. I sometimes have a boiled egg, though only sometimes.
Enjoy those eggs with which is I think tomato sauce.

    1. Po Marie Zara,
Thank you for your comment. I really like how you have taken on board what content you can put on your Blog and how you can mix it up.
My favourite place in Christchurch to each breakfast / lunch (brunch) is Little Poms - the Eggs Bene with jalapeno hollandaise sauce (as you know I love a little bit of spice!)
Eggs are a very good source of protein.
Have you been in out for Brunch in Christchurch? If so where have you been?
      Miss McCombie
