Aiming for 5km

Throughout lockdown I have been challenging myself to become more efficient when it comes to running longer distances. I’m not talking about running marathons or completing an iron man but pushing myself to being comfortable running 5km. Are you able to run 5km without stopping? With cross country coming you should set yourself a challenge. Even if it is to conquer 2km (that’s what I did first, I gained confidence and then pushed myself further!)
